CYBERSTRUX

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026

Cyberstrux LLC ("Cyberstrux", "we", "us") operates cyberstrux.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, our server records basic technical details about each visit. For the home page and the tools on this Site we log:

We use this information to understand how the Site is used, to keep it running reliably, and to detect and block abuse.

2. Information you give us

If you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), and message you provide, together with the technical details listed above. This is emailed to us so that we can reply. We do not add you to any mailing list.

If you have an account on the Site (staff only), we store your name, email address, a hashed password, and sign-in history.

3. Cookies

The Site sets one session cookie that keeps track of your visit while you are here. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser. Third-party services listed below may set their own cookies under their own policies.

4. Third-party services

5. How long we keep information

Visit logs are kept for as long as they are useful for statistics and security, typically no more than 24 months, after which they may be deleted or aggregated. Contact form messages are kept in our email for as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

6. How we protect information

The Site is served over HTTPS. Logs and account data are stored on a server we control, with access limited to Cyberstrux staff. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.

7. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We may disclose it if required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate abuse of the Site.

8. Your choices and rights

You can use the Site without submitting any personal information. You can block cookies in your browser, though the contact form may not work without the session cookie. Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its use. To make such a request, contact us.

9. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent through our contact form or by email to webmaster@cyberstrux.com.
