These terms govern your use of cyberstrux.com (the "Site"), operated by Cyberstrux LLC ("Cyberstrux", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site and its free tools for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaks applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its server, or any connected system;
• send automated requests, scrape, or otherwise place an unreasonable load on the Site or the upstream services it relies on;
• use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful or offensive material;
• interfere with any other person's use of the Site.

We may restrict or block access to the Site, including by IP address or network, at our sole discretion and without notice.

2. Free tools

The QR code generator, flight tracker, weather tool, and any other tools on the Site are provided free of charge as a convenience. They may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time.

QR code generator. Codes are produced in your browser. You are responsible for the content you encode and for testing any code before you print or distribute it. We do not guarantee that a code will scan on every device.

Flight tracker. Aircraft positions come from volunteer-run ADS-B networks and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The tracker is for general interest only and must not be relied on for navigation, safety, operational, or any other critical purpose.

Weather. Conditions and forecasts come from third-party models and may be delayed or inaccurate. Do not rely on them for safety-critical decisions; consult the National Weather Service or local authorities for warnings.

3. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, logos, and code are the property of Cyberstrux LLC unless otherwise stated. Map data is from OpenStreetMap contributors and is used under the Open Database License. Third-party libraries are used under their respective licences. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Site without our written permission, except for QR codes you generate, which are yours to use freely.

4. Accounts

Accounts on the Site are for Cyberstrux staff only. If you are given an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on and may link to third-party services (for example Google, OpenStreetMap, airplanes.live, and adsb.lol). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

6. Advertising

The Site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or other networks. Advertisers are solely responsible for their advertisements. Our display of an advertisement is not an endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyberstrux LLC and its members, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyberstrux LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected on the Site and forms part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
